Once becoming a mother of three, she felt the need to become a stay at home mother. Leaving her career wasn't easy but within that timeframe the author within her was discovered. Her goal as a children's book author is to encourage young readers to love, learn and overcome; using her voice in written words to tell an encouraging story. She believes that teaching multiculturalism and diversity creates a society where all children can embrace being themselves; a society where they can feel accepted and accept others around them. A child's future is determined by their beginnings...and she's hoping to be a part of that beginning here.
